Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days, providing you the opportunity to return an item within 30 days following its receipt.

For a return to be valid, the item must remain in the condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

Damages and issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, get in touch with us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have concerns or questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges For an efficient exchange process, return the item you have. Once the return is acknowledged, you are free to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
